Pricing Break-Down

Our pricing is based on a standard basement project, including all labor and construction costs such as framing, drywall, trim, doors, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, electrical, and basic fixtures.

Based on our past experiences – we have found that most basement finishing projects will fall into the price range of about $50 per square foot, depending on the size of your basement for a 100% completed project for a standard basement build-out price.

Added to that price would be what we call allowances: the homeowner controls this cost.

For example: If you are adding a full kitchen to your basement, you would control the cost of the cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc

Therefore, our basement quote would consist of a total build-out price plus the allowances (which the customer controls).

Comparing Estimates

We have been in business since 1995, and we have a very good idea of what a project will cost and how long it will take to complete. We encourage our customers to get at least two other bids. Homeowners need to know that the quality of work will be different from company to company because people do this work, some more skilled than others. Also, know that there is always a reason for unusually low bids, so it’s best to check references, ours included, and ask them for their experience in dealing with a particular contractor. Make sure you hire a GA-Licensed Contractor and never ever give a contractor money upfront. We will only ask for a draw after each phase of completion as broken down in the contract.
